Threaded along silver rods, dainty turquoise stones and flared silver plates swing from the bottom of an ornate silver frame, creating an earthy fringe. An oval turquoise stone is pressed into the center of the studded frame for a bold pop of color. Earring attaches to a standard fishhook fitting.
